"Poor sound insulation. Alarms in the next room ringing for more than 30 minutes at 4 am. Called to front desk several times but no actions was taken. Disappointed on how they assist on this. Disturbing my rest. It occurs for 2 consecutive night. The shower hot water is inconsistent. Hot water seems insufficient and switching between hot and cold water in about every 30 second. Very annoying during shower. Need to constantly adjusting the water to avoid from getting burnt or too cold water. "

"I booked this hotel due to the rating (9/10). It was far from that, the bed was as hard as the floor, the pillows were so bad we had to use our travel/plane pillows instead. The hotel was up a back street about 30mins by car from the city, with no other tourists around and the only shop was a 7eleven. The street was smelly and there was huge garbage piles everywhere next to the roads. I had paid for 2 tooms for 2 nights but left the next morning not caring about a refund for the 2nd night. "Such a relaxing way to spend our time in Chiang Mai. The view during breakfast and dinner was spectacular. The private pool for our room was the perfect way to spend the evening. This hotel is the gold standard for peace and tranquility."

"Basic no frills place. My first room didn't have working AC, but the next day they changed rooms and it all worked fine. Great location to transit. No 24hr reception, but you can check in at the Zayn main hotel in the next building over. Wouldn't stay here long term, but for a quick pit stop it's great"

"The front desk staff is very helpful the cleaning ladies and everyone that works here is very friendly with a smile for you. They keep it very clean. It’s an older hotel, but maintained very well and the price you can’t beat. I’ve stayed here many times and will continue to come back. "My overall experience was very good. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was maintained well. Pool was huge!!! A lot of dining options nearby. Unfortunately, the TV wasn't working due to a signal issue. However, this isn't a complaint. I didn't fly around the world to watch TV, so perfectly fine with me. Thank you for the great service and accommodations! I would highly recommend!!!"
