"Friendly staff when we entered the hotel. There was parking out back for our truck. The hotel itself and our room were very clean and welcoming. The Inn is very close to downtown and the Banff Christmas market. Easy walking distance. The bar on site was wonderful. Friendly and attentive staff. We will definitely stay at this hotel again."

"Very clean and neat hotel, close to everything. It has a cozy lobby with a fireplace, beautiful interior yard and it is close to downtown. We stayed with children, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating to our demands. Will definitely stay again."
