"Wonderful hotel staff and very clean facility. We spent 3 days at the hotel and were treated very well by the staff. They showed interest in resolving any issues we uncounted. Shot out to Rita, one of the competent front desk managers. She exemplifies customer service and is a credit to the organization. "Very chill and cozy hotel. Staff are very sweet and helpful, but also not overly bearing. They stay in the background as much as possible. Not overly formal as you get in many hotels. "Was a wonderful stay. Nice roomy place, very well stocked with everything needed, with an amazing view. The staff was wonderful, friendly and very helpful, allowing us to both check in early and check out late, YMMV of course depending on occupancy etc. We tried the room service breakfast one morning and it was really good and a a good value. The location was also very convenient for both town amenities and hiking so it's about as good as it gets."

"Outstanding, the receptionist couldn’t have done enough for you , the stay was perfect with best views on Mont Blanc. 8 days I spent touring the Mont Blanc and this finished it off perfectly.
