The hotel shows a very, very nice facility. The facility by itself is clean very well. Maintain has good location. The valet parking stuff was very polite, but I will say that the waitresses they need to have a little bit better. Customer service the front desk as well, it was not very polite so in my opinion, the hotel by its name, Camino Real is a name that has a legacy of good customer service is it it’s a good it’s a good chain hotels, but unfortunately, with a few elements like the front desk was not very polite not very helpful and the waitresses at the swimming pool especially they were very pushy very to borderline rude good morning no thank you please nothing is very mechanical so we don’t expect that from a nice chain of hotels like Camino Real is my own opinion. The hotel is wonderful, but we should have a better training on customer service for for the staff not the parking Ballet no parking by no means but Most of the other one they should

The front counter staff tried to give me a lesser room than the one i paid for. Then, tv was not working. When I attempted to plug it in, the tv fell off the wall mount. Then, the AC stopped working in the middle of the night. This was the only reason i was able to make use of the miniBar I PAID FOR, they wanted to charge me extra. I honestly wouldve left had i not already paid in full my entire week, also non-refund. For the 23k in mxn pesos that i paid, i expected better.

La estancia no fue tan agradable como esperaba. La sorpresa del viaje fue descubrir que el hotel ya no tiene playa: la arena desapareció y eso cambia totalmente la experiencia frente al mar. En la habitación, el aire acondicionado hacía demasiado ruido, las cortinas estaban rotas y la jardinera afuera se notaba descuidada y sucia. Además, los vidrios exteriores tenían moho. Si no hubiera ido con mi familia, que hizo más llevadero el viaje, probablemente la estancia habría sido más decepcionante.

El check in pésimo, la asignación de habitación fue terrible sin las condiciones adecuadas para una familia, me tuvieron al momento de pedir un cambio de cobraban el doble de lo que salía mi reservación, la habitación en el 9 no pido con olor desagradable ( humedad) sistema de ventilacuon viejo, puerta d ñel baño incompleta, el piso tronado , habitación sucia al ingresar. La verdad no lo recomendaría!
