Very easy to get to from the train station. The staff gave us a map and pointed out easy ways to get to popular places. The free breakfast was fabulous.

The hotel was a bit difficult to find as it was located in a small corridor down from the Grand Canal. It is conveniently located near the train station and a water taxi stop. The staff was nice and very accommodating. The breakfast was included and offered something for everyone.

The hotel is situated in one of a quiet ally of VENICE a walking distance from The train station which is convenient for traveller with a big/multiple baggage. You can also leave your baggage before/after your check in while waiting for your ride is a plus of the hotel. Breakfast is decent and well prepared. All in all we had a good experience with our stay

The hotel room was very nice and clean. It is not the most easily accessible as even after the elevator there are some steps which can add a bit of difficulty when traveling with suitcases. The location to the train station makes the hotel very convenient for travel. The breakfast was delicious.

The hotel was conveniently located next to the train station and the ferry stop. It was easy to get around everywhere. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. I would recommend this hotel to friends going to Venice.

The property was nice but our sink was leaking, the shower was leaking out on the floor. Our shower also didn’t drain and when we contacted the hotel front desk about it we were told “they’ll get to it when they get to it.” Yeah that sounds amazing. Other than that the room was clean, that’s about it

The hotel room was remodeled, clean and large. Staff was very friendly and changed the breakfast schedule for us so our trip plan wasn't affected. Breakfast was great. The hotel is close to the train station and parks.

Loved our stay here, it was an easy walk from the train station and very convenient to access restaurants and shopping. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

Great hotel in perfect location for a 2 night stay. Rooms were clean and had enough storage for the duration of our stay. We were able to leave our luggage on our last day and collect before our bus back to the airport. Staff were all lovely and welcoming even when checking in late or night. Great stay with spacious rooms. Only issue we had during our stay was the air con not working in the room however leaving the windows open let enough air flow into the room.

It's a 5-minute walk from the Venice Station Santa Lucia. I was very pleasantly surprised to see a salad bar in the breakfast buffet line up. Loved it! What I didn't like was the noise coming from the (3rd) floor above me. People upstairs probably weren't aware of their noise that was keeping me awake 😔. I think, it's poor ceiling insulation. Thankfully they didn't stay up all night!

Cute Hotel near the Train Station
This is a cute little hotel down a quiet alley near the main train station in Venice. The rooms are small but quiet and the breakfast is quite good. The location is ideal. You can hop on a water taxi or even walk to some of the main attractions in Venice. There is a good street nearby with lots of shops and restaurants.

Perfect location. Steps away from the train station- no need to drag suitcases across the city. Staff was very nice and the breakfast was tasty and value added. Our room was on the 4 th floor and although near the elevator it was pretty quiet. It was unbelievably small however. It served our needs just fine but had we been traveling with larger luggage (we just had packs) or were we larger people it would’ve been a struggle. I did get a look at other rooms and they were larger so you might wish to inquire if you are in need of more space to move. The bed was comfortable and the shower good sized although it did have an issue with hot water. Unfortunately we experienced a couple very cool showers, being on the 4th floor may have been the reason but we survived it. All and all I would absolutely recommend this location.
