Since I checked in, I let the gentleman know that I have no hair that night, that my air conditioning was not working properly, he went up to my room and not professionally, he spoke to me in a bad way and told me that if it worked for him, I would pay for myself. room and did nothing to move me in the room and additionally we could not sleep for 2 nights. The next day I was waiting for a response from someone and no one was able to communicate with me, I asked the same man "without hair" to help me open a wine and he told me to go down to reception first and then he told my mother that we should look for wine and Give it to him so that he would open it himself. I work with the Marriott and Hilton chains and I know how to treat guests. I am not at all happy with this property however they charged me the same without any response.
