"Venice/MDR just off the water, short walk to the pier. This is a great budget choice. Friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms. Just know that coffee service doesn’t start til 8! "

"Room was better than expected and breakfast was okay, limited protein options for breakfast. I would have preferred to know in advance about parking because I had to move my car for overnight parking. Other than that, I felt safe and enjoyed the room. "

"Room is old, floor is damaged as were the blinds. When getting into the room, there was a musty, cat urine like smell. It was from the air conditioner that needed a filter change probably. We didn't stay in room long because the surroundings were beautiful. Right on the beach. The staff was totally amazing and willing to help at any instance. There were the best! This room does not look like the picture and I felt the manager, unavailable, should have offered some kind of refund but they refused and I wasn't able to move from the 2nd night I had booked. Again the desk staff amazing!"

"Lovely clean large room, well equipped but could do with some sound insulation on the window as road noise at night is quite loud. Pool area really well maintained & clean. Would recommend to anyone as long as you drive or don’t mind a walk to the beach "

"Front desk lady was so sweet! Great area. Not as loud as what others said(I'm from NY tho lol) . Conveniently located. Can get cold at night. Well worth it! "
