"The woman who checked us in was lovey, but the reception staff for the rest of the day didn’t care. I was waiting at the bar for a drink (which was directly opposite reception) and not one person came up to serve me. They were not serving anyone else but rather messing around with each other (4 of them.) That said, we did notice several other guests struggling to gain entry using their codes, and we ended up assisting a few of them.
