"Nous avons réservé cette chambre en urgence due à l’impossibilité pour nous d’atterrir à Funchal, Madère. Malgré une arrivée le dimanche et un petit couac sur la chambre initialement réservée (le lit n’était pas fait), le personnel nous a immédiatement proposé une autre chambre qui était meilleure que la première, et notre séjour d’une nuit fut reposant et agréable."

"People in charge for booking and reception were very helpful and kind. The hotel is quiet and spotless. The decor is very bright and modern. Bathroom with excellent lighting. The common lounge by the recption offer a nice area to rest or eat a take away bite. It also offers complimentary high quality teas. "

"We had a lovely stay at Occidental Roca Negra. The hotel is peaceful with beautiful, quiet surroundings—perfect for relaxing. The spa and pool area were highlights, and the food was delicious with plenty of variety. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The only minor downside is that there isn’t much nearby in terms of shops or markets, but if you’re looking for a place to unwind and disconnect, this hotel is ideal."

"The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the beautiful receptionist spent time showing us a map of the area and pointed out all places of interest to visit. The hotel was immaculate as was our very spacious room which was cleaned daily by a lovely friendly cleaning lady who offered fresh sheets and towels if required. There was also on offer a range of fresh continental breakfast foods with tea, coffee and juices. The receptionist also booked our taxi back to the airport and made sure it was...
