Really helpful staff on reception, and cheerful cleaners who did a good job. Spacious room , could do with more lighting and there was a window in the shower into the bedroom which was odd, but very comfortable.

Lovely hotel in the older part of Las Palmas. Room was midern and clean. Hotel staff excellent. Surrounding area had plenty of really good restaurants to chosse from. Bar on the roof of hotel was good and reasonably priced. Gad a great four days.

A Modern Gem in a Historic City

This hotel is a beautiful modern gem in a historic city. Room was spotless, bed was super comfortable and you can even sign into your Netflix! Tea/coffee and water was provided complementary and there is a mini fridge too where you can keep your drinks/snacks cool. The roof top bar/pool was just perfect. A quiet retreat during the day, with a small pool to dip in, and a chilled ambiance by evening, with cocktails and snacks available to purchase. The staff were incredibly welcoming and extremely helpful in providing us with support and information about getting around and travelling to the south of the island. Very well located. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants around and a super market just a short walk away. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if I come back to Las Palmas.

This hotel is on a pedestrian street so our cab dropped us a couple blocks away, but helpful locals directed us to the hotel entrance. We arrived early in the day but we're able to check-in and store our bags. The hotel staff is friendly and extremely helpful. When our rooms were ready we received a text. The hotel is within walking distance of many historical sites and numerous restaurant choices. I recommend this hotel.

Great hotel but a lot of noise.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Good location and nice clean rooms. The only (and unfortunately big) disadvantage is the rooms are poorly soundproofed and there's a lot of noise even in the middle of the night.

Hotel is very central to the old towns and historical buildings and was close to a shopping street and many bars and restaurants. The room had a contemporary look and all the facilities you would need. Staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the roof terrace bar and breakfast. Would throughly recommend.

Perfect location and very elegant!

Really nice boutique hotel in the old town of Las Palmas. Elegant and chic, and excellent service! Very nice rooms with every amenity, and the rooftop bar was very popular. Just not always easy to know when it was open or closed. The rooftop also have a small pool and comfortable sunbeds for sunny days. Be ware, some rooms are very noisy at night (we were warned by the staff and were able to choose :) The hotel is close to the cathedral, museums, a large shoppingstreet and lots of good restaurants - perfect location!
