"The views are incredible, and the rooms are nicely appointed/sized"

"There was a long line at check-in so we had to wait about 10 minutes and then drive to our room which was only a few minutes away. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working when we first got there, but they sent someone over to check it out and the problem was fixed within the hour. We were able to see the northern lights from the front yard and we really enjoyed the big front porch. There were also waterfalls right in our backyard."

"I think they have two guesthouses, and we stayed in the older one. (Not sure how that’s assigned, although we did book very last minute). The walls in our room were thin (you could hear distinct voices next door although not what was actually being said), and the bathroom was a bit musty. The breakfast was a great deal and offered fresh fruit, yogurt, toast, cereal, and carrot cake."

"The hotel was so comfortable with heating floor system. The breakfast was pretty simple but we appreciated the staff specially prepared the breakfast earlier for us as we need to head out earlier for our glacier excursion. We enjoyed the hot tub very much! We can even saw the glacier from the hotel room! Highly recommended! "

"Breakfast was really well presented and sufficient with cheese, meats, hard-boiled eggs, fruit, bread, skyr, and fixings. Everything was fresh. Would stay again. "

"Hôtel simple, dans un style motel à l’américaine. L’ensemble est un peu daté, mais très bien entretenu et d’une grande propreté. Le lit est particulièrement confortable et la literie de qualité, ce qui garantit un bon repos. La salle de bain reste assez basique, sans superflu. Le petit déjeuner est bon et servi dans une grande salle agréable. Au final, l’établissement a un charme certain et offre une expérience authentique."

"Comfortable beds but only shampoo & conditioner provided, no body soap. Kitchen closed temporarily due to low season but hotel provided yoghurt, muesli & cornflakes, coffee & tea in dining area - much appreciated."

"Clean room and bathroom! Kitchen with lots of utensils and coffee machine working amazingly! The only mildly inconvenience I had was with a group of guests arriving late and being loud to which i reached out to staff and they immediately responded and came over to talk to them, and they were quiet after that. Although other peoples noises are not something the property can anticipate, they acted right away while many other places I stayed couldn’t care less! Thanks Nina, your rock!"
