"Excellent location, room has everything you need. Bed is comfortable but did not like pillow. That is only negative I have. I wish there is two types of pillow, soft and hard. Host can be reaches easily. Met us at the entrance of building. Breakfast is simple with tea or coffee with choice of croissants. I will stay again if I come to Naple again. "The staff members were wonderful. They were very helpful and friendly. On our last day we had to leave at 5:15 AM to catch a flight. Michael, the staff member on duty, was amazing.
