Special appreciation to the night desk clerk who, when I asked if there was a place we could purchase a phone charger because my son had forgotten to bring his, told us that places were closed but quickly offered to loan us one from the front desk."

"Very, very nice hotel. We were checked in quickly by a wonderful front desk crew, especially Henry. The hotel itself is spotless, parking is free, it's literally steps away from the convention center which was nice considering we were there when it was quite cold. The rooms were perfect and clean. The restautant was decent. Would definitley stay again!"

"Our reservation was cancelled less than 24 hours before our stay. Had to sleep in our car. Red roof inn had overbooked so they cancelled all 3rd party reservations. We'll never book a stay there again. Not a smart business move."

"The only issue I had is that there was a huge smell of pot right by the front doors. Overpowering. There was also a strong cigarette smell on the first floor between room 136 and 139. Other than that, I like my room. It feels like an apartment! Tell the manager that the young man who checked me in was very good, checked me in very efficiently and quickly, and was nice."

"The room was freezing cold for about a half hour when we got there but the heater worked well and eventually it warmed up. Room was large and clean. Parking was right in front of room. Wish the room had a full length mirror. People travel when they have an event to go to and we like to see how we look. The bathroom mirror sort of tilts down for a bit of an outfit check but a full length would have been great. Bed was comfortable and bedding was really nice! Guy who runs the place was very nice!...

"This is our go to hotel to stay at for easy access to Marist University. Since my daughter is a freshman, we will be using this hotel for the near future. The price is reasonable and the continental breakfast is very good. I highly recommend them."
