"We stayed 1 night at this property. We were in town for a family funeral for 1 night. We arrived at 4pm and the hotel had no A/C. The staff said it would be cool in a few hours. We went to dinner and stayed out until 11. It was 88 degrees in our room when we came back. I checked with the staff downstairs who now said they had no idea when it would be back on. "There are a lot of renovations going on, and it might not be at the height of its game… But they do everything they can there to make you comfortable… Including upgrades and five star service. We would definitely go back they are renovating the spa which I believe is probably taking away from giving attention to other parts of the property, but I believe the owner and his staff have all the right intentions and because of that and because of their service, we will definitely be back."

"Manager was very rude towards me and increased the room rate when I got there, without notice. There are many other choices in Fishkill."

"The room was freezing cold for about a half hour when we got there but the heater worked well and eventually it warmed up. Room was large and clean. Parking was right in front of room. Wish the room had a full length mirror. People travel when they have an event to go to and we like to see how we look. The bathroom mirror sort of tilts down for a bit of an outfit check but a full length would have been great. Bed was comfortable and bedding was really nice! Guy who runs the place was very nice!...
