The drawers wouldn’t stay closed and there was a 200$ hold on my account that I wasn’t notified until I checked in which was very inconvenient. And the ice machine did not work."

"I wasn't expecting the Ritz Carlton, so I went in with low expectations. All I needed was a bed and a bathroom for the night, and the hotel provided that. The staff were great! Super nice. I forgot my phone charger and the guy behind the counter provided me one to borrow for the night. The room was clean and did the job. The only bad part was the bed. It was horribly uncomfortable. It was pretty worn down and I could feel the springs and the bar in the center. Because I didn't sleep well, I laid awake listening the person snoring through the wall in the room next to me. "
