Bristol Palace Hotel

"Top hotel in an excellent location for walking, shopping, dining, meeting for tours. Staff wonderful. Comfortable room with cleaning service twice a day Did not partake in their restaurant but bar area was fun and friendly, and not too crowded. Ivan is quite an artist with making drinks. Breakfast was nice although not many vegan options. I would stay here again anytime."

"Clean room that’s centrally located near the Genoa Brignole train station and to all the sites in Genoa. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Good breakfast"

"Excellent hotel! Only the front desk knows English though. When we went to dinner my son was served something with nuts even though we conveyed he had a food allergy. Understanding what guests are communicating should be a priority. Great hotel overall but that moment was upsetting."

"We only stayed one night for exploring Genoa and to leave for an early morning flight. Staff were lovely and the hotel was nice (if a little dated). The only downside is difficulties getting in and out of Genoa itself. We went for the evening and got the airlink bus to the train station and then came home at 11pm and there were no more airlink shuttle services and no taxis so we needed to do a dark walk in a not so nice area back to the hotel. Otherwise a great stay."

"We were moved to the Grand hotel Savoia next door. Which was stunning and a lovely stay. This was a free upgrade. Not sure why but not complaining!"
AC Hotel Genova by Marriott

"The hotel looks modern and clean and our room has plenty of space and looked nice. I think some of the photos are a bit misleading, as the roof terrace isn't that large. The hotel is located a bit from the centre of Genova, so too far to walk. There isn't many restaurants in the locality, but there is a supermarket next door. There is a car park underground, but it is rather small and space is not guaranteed. Overall, it is a nice hotel, and if you have a car then worth staying here."

"The room had strong cleaning odor, yucky category. At least we a a window that opened. The TV was spotty. Not good. The breakfast low quality. The cleaning ladies and the reception staff were great. Good location for busses."

"Spacious, cool, clean, well-equipped apartment for 2 adults & 2 children, close to metro stop, aquarium, old town etc. No staff at front desk: We had to contact them a few times to arrange check-in after midnight, then for check-out no one returned our messages so we just left the keys on the living room table!"
