"We loved the upgrade to higher floor. The view from the balcony was amazing. Staff was super nice and attentive! Cabs were always lined up to take you anywhere you want. The location was perfect since you could walk to yaletown shops and amazing restaurants and bars. "

"We were able to walk to the Grand Parks Hotel from the Yaletown Roundhouse Train Station coming from Vancouver Airport YVR and back 0.65km. Easy walk to the waterfront cruise port and convention centre about 2.0km. Taxi or Uber rides readily available. Vancouver Traffic is terrible. Hotel is a little dated but has had some upgrades."

"We love this place. Second stay in Canada and wouldn’t change it. "

"Water slide and pools were hits with the kids. Gift shop was handy to be able to get a drink or snack but closing at 9pm leaves you kind of high and dry if you don’t plan ahead. Gym was good, as well. "

"It was a nice property with lovely rooms. At the time, only 1/3 elevators was operational which led to long waits. If you’re on foot, this is a bit of a tricky place to get in and out of (if you have a vehicle that’s fine.) Shuttle was appreciated! "

"Had a beautiful view of the harbor. They have a little balcony out there. Enjoyed that and close to Stanley Park. Enjoy that and close to Canada place and that was great. It was an easy walk to Canada place. About 1/4 of a mile."

"They had a super buffet very reasonable, and the food tasted great. The casino looked nice. We didn’t do any gambling, but overall everything was just super."
