"The room was extremely clean and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was awesome and delicious. There’s plenty of parking. I just want to add that this hotel has an old time vibe. This is one of those hotels that inspires time travel into the past in a good way. The room has this quaint kind of antique furniture that makes it look like an hotel in the 1960s and 70s. There’s a real key to the room, a receptionist, and a record player and vinyl records in the lobby as well as other vintage items such as a travel bag from the 1960s. There are cute little compartments for each room just like old times! They also have a selection of books to read or to look at pictures. It was really a fenomenal experience!"

"This apartment could not be better placed for a visit to the charming town of Chaves. The accommodation is very classy and the kitchen is fully equipped. The only criticism is that it is big enough to be really comfortable for 2 people but the final touch of decent lounge furniture really de values the experience. There is no way you can sit and relax on the 1 settee provided. There is ton to create a lovely lounge area, but this has not been done."

"This was one of our favorite stays of our whole trip in Portugal. It’s incredibly quiet, peaceful and beautiful. We could have spent days just sitting out on the beautiful garden. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and patio was a great additional space. We weren’t able to eat dinner at the hotel the specific night we stayed, but would recommend it over driving into town. Kira was the sweetest dog roaming the property. Would love to come back one day."
