"洗礼堂から目抜き通りを徒歩1分半という素晴らしい場所にある。まったく迷うことなく到着できる。部屋はしっかり防音されていて、しっかり安眠することができる。風呂はシャワーだが、熱い湯が豊富に使えるので、十分疲れを癒やせる。朝食付きのプランにしたが、いわゆるコンチネンタル・ブレックファストではなく、イギリスのフル・ブレックファスト以上のものが提供された。冷蔵庫が故障していてビールが冷えないとフロントに言ったら、20分以内に新品の冷蔵庫を設置してくれた。ベッドサイドの電灯がつかないといったら、2分以内にスタンド・ライトを持ってきてくれた。その対応のスピードにはおどろいた。3泊したが、フロントの対応が速く、英語も堪能で、安心して過ごすことができた。"
