"There was only one desk clerk when we arrived and about 20 guests checking in. The line was long and slow! There was another person working but had to answer phones. Then a supervisor passing out water instead of helping reduce the line. We wanted creamer for coffee and no one could find any. The restaurant is nice but extremely expensive so we order Uber Eats which was a disaster. We didn’t get what we ordered and what we did get was cold. We ordered Chilis. The room was nice and cold when we walked in and the tv had great cable. The housekeeping staff was great! We waited 20 minutes for the shuttle at the airport but expected that. I’m not sure if we would book here again."

"Upon check in, they asked what brought ha to LA- I believe, more for conversation than anything. I let the front staff woman know that we were here for the Oregon ducks versus UCLA game, and also mentioned this was one of two trips for our honeymoon. She showed us to the elevator and said congratulations. We were up in our room for about 20 minutes when there was a knock on the door, and a lovely gentleman greeted us with a beautiful plate of desserts and complementary champagne. They also sent a card with him. When I opened the card they had typed out a personal message, congratulating us on our honeymoon and wanted to send complementary celebratory items to our room. This was an incredible surprise and meant a lot to us. It took thought. Our room was beautiful, with a corner view of windows, looking down into the city of LA. There were plenty of food options around, and we really enjoyed every interaction we had in the neighborhood. The hotel staff were friendly from the valet to checking in. The morning we left and needed to get our car from the valet, all of the gentlemen were so sweet. I felt like a local celebrity ha ha. My husband and I will stay here again if we ever visit LA, and are looking into staying at the Omni in New Orleans when we have our second honeymoon trip in a couple of months."

"When I booked our visit I read that the motel provided transportation and upon arriving they stated that they only provided to and from the airport. The front staff was extremely friendly and amazing, definitely give the desk staff a big shoutout for their hospitality and kindness."
