"The value was not there. They provided within the price a room to sleep in, which is what we could have gotten at a cheaper place. Breakfast not included with the costly price of the room, ⁵ i felt like that was a very cheap way to go for a supposed nice expensive place. I normally don't stay at s place like this but it was the closest to my nephew. Pricing was way to expensive. I was disappointed and won't stay there again. I need more for my money."

"This was my first time to use Hotels.com I was slightly worried for a moment about the site when i tried to confirm my reservation a week before my stay. The hotel could not find my confirmation number from Hotels .com The reservation number that i received was different from the usual hotel confirmation. Going forward, I recommended Hotels .com give the customer a confirmation number that hotel can easily locate. Also a direct number to their site, as well as to speak to a live representative should there be any questions The Hotel Stay: The rates were pretty good. Was told they charge for breakfast, so i passed. Room was clean nicely arranged. Staff was very nice and helpful. My only con was the pricing for self parking. It was pricey. It should be free if you reserve 2 or more rooms. Especially for a one night stay. Would I use this site again ? Perhaps I would. I don't travel much, but overall it was very nice. "Breakfast was great! "

"The staff was very helpful, we had some strange noises in the night, not from other guests but it had been from the mechanical room we were next to, when we mentioned the noise the staff was concerned and did what the could and needed to make our stay better. The pool and pool area looked clean, we didn't visit but could see from our room. The breakfast had very few options, waffle, cereal and a yogurt, coffee and juice. But the area was clean. The location of the hotel is great, and we will stay again when in the area."
