"So, we had to check in at the hotel next door - didn't know that till we read the sign on the door. The hotel is a few blocks from train station through the heart of Zermatt, and some curvy allys to get there. Room was clean and comfortable. We had a shared terrace but it was a little dirty but no big deal. Beds were comfy. Had to borrow hair dryer at front desk - they don't supply them in the room. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. We got there early and they have a room to keep your luggage safe and secure that includes a shower! If I ever went again, I'd consider this hotel to stay at un Zermatt! Oh, also included a breakfast that I unfortunately we did not partake in because we had to leave early."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Alpenblick. The reception team were so helpful and gave us some really helpful tips about places to hike to. And it team at breakfast were fantastic too! We enjoyed the views from the shared balcony too. A lovely place from which to explore Zermatt"

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Our room was beautiful with our balcony looking out towards the Matterhorn. The staff were so friendly and helpful couldnโt do enough for us. The pool area was really nice and the pool temperature was lovely. Would definitely come back to this hotel."

"The staff went above and beyond with a request for a stroller. They went and found a jogging stroller on a few hours notice for only $50 rental a day. The buffet breakfast was incredible and in a beautiful dinning room. We were upgraded to a larger room with a great view of the street. Iโd rate this hotel 10/10 for value and incredible staff."
