This is an absolutely fabulous place. Wonderful staff that were very friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. The room was beautiful and quiet the A/C worked perfectly, the space was large and the bed very comfortable. The large pool and lounge area was amazing . I will definitely stay there again and recommend this property to all my friends and family.

This is in a quiet area, and walkable to many things. The staff are very friendly, gave great recommendations. Rooms were spacious (almost too big). Only had breakfast one day as we went to Chichen Itza and needed an early start to get there before the crowds. (Also recommend going to Ek Balam if you like ruins, they're quieter and a bit less pricy) Pool was good, though a little colder than I expected. Would most definitely stay here again!

We had a very pleasant stay in Valladolid. The staff were extremely friendly, and Jesús in particular was wonderful—he gave us great tips on which excursions to book and helped us organize everything. He was always available whenever we needed something. The lady who worked in the mornings (unfortunately we didn’t catch her name) was also incredibly friendly. Breakfast was homemade, varied each day, very abundant, and served quickly. The location was also perfect: just a 10-minute walk to the city center, with a large supermarket right around the corner. If we ever return to Valladolid, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

O hotel tem um atendimento muito atencioso, a equipe é muito gentil e disposta a ajudar. A area externa é bonita, com um belo paisagismo ao redor da piscina, que é grande e muito boa. O quarto é simples, não corresponde a um hotel boutique. O café da manhã é muito limitado, e muitos pratos, como ovos e panquecas, tem que ser pagos a parte. Mas a pior parte é a localização, pois fica fora do centro histórico, numa região que não é bonita. É distante cerca de 1 km da parte histórica, e as calçadas são ruins. Mas o pior, com uma chuva de 20 minutos, a rua do hotel ficou completamente alagada.
