"Absolute joke. Was told via email that they couldn’t accommodate us, so they booked us in to a chalet 5 miles away. The owners of the chalet were not expecting us, didn’t speak any English. Showed us our room, very basic, no heating, had to ask for glasses for a drink. Had a very long cold night. Will be contacting Expedia for a refund and compensation, got a long day today with not a lot of sleep. The worst night away of my life."

"We had a great stay. Property was clean and we found it was a high quality apartment with amazing views to the mountains. It was exactly as described with regard to the ski in-ski out description - there were two lifts within a 25 m walk of chalet A. The swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi are great and are kept to a high standard, with amazing views through glass walls to the mountains. "We enjoyed our stay here. It’s a fairly low key hotel in a low key town but very peaceful and friendly. The owners are very family focussed and there is a children’s toy area in the corner of the small restaurant. There’s a boot room downstairs for storing ski gear (and I believe my bikes in the summer). The set and a la carte menus are good if limited in choice which suited us. It’s necessary to book…as is the case with anywhere in Termignon and the other Val Cenis villages. "

"Having stayed here 3 times over the year, we are always given a warm welcome. The all inclusive food and wine package means that you don’t need to fork out for a expensive food and drinks locally but there is a bar available if you fancy an afternoon of apri ski."
