"Clean, tidy rooms. Property was recently renovated and has been well cared for. Staff is very attentive and breakfast was fresh, plentiful and area was clean. Bed was comfortable and on the side of firm. "

"Arrived at hotel and was told there was no parking left. We were told parking is not a part of the room rental by a VERY RUDE staff member who told us it is not her job or her problem. We asked for a refund and were told we’d have to wait until morning to speak to the manger. TV was broken, shower didn’t drain. Awful experience worst customer service. No parking. "

"We always stay here when we go to Sudbury. You always have the friendliest staff, comfy beds and pillows! Safe and quiet. Great pool. "

The pool area was in rough shape, and the room barely had the basics.. one example: just two pillows and minimal bedding, with no extras available from front desk. Everything felt cheap and poorly maintained. The toilet paper holder was crooked, the tub caulking looked badly done, and the TV was extremely small…."
