The kind lady who I first met instantly made me feel welcome, registered me immediately and even helped me carry my luggage up to my room. The room was very comfortable, spotless and quiet. "Booked for the spa, but was greatly underwhelmed. No insulation in the wall. Heard the other guests all night. However, the breakfast and bar were wonderful."
