Clean room, helpful staff, within walking distance of downtown, not the most comfortable beds, but considering the price we were very happy overall.

Incredibly clean well run hotel in a beautiful location with amazing views. The staff/owners take a lot of price in the Cristallo. The breakfast was wonderful. Cannot fault this stay at all.

Just OK

We booked this hotel very last minute for an overnight stay before we started our main ski holiday at another location. The room was clean, the door lock did not work. The duvets kept slipping from on top of us to floor. (It must be the material). The breakfast was very limited. Overall, it was ok for just an overnight stay but we would not stay there for a longer holiday.

A great deal

A really good deal, this. Must be one of the best hotels in the Vals I’ve been to. The listing says it has a gym, though, but that turned out to not be the case. But all in all a great experience.

Zwaar overprijst middelmatig hotel.
