"This place absolutely does not have AC. We woke up and it was 80 degrees in the bedroom. When we asked for a fan, they gave us a dehumidifier which made the room hotter. We let them know that the AC was broken, to which they responded that they don’t have AC. They did finally bring a portable AC unit but, because there is only a sliding door, the door would have had to stay open all the time - that doesn’t feel secure and lets in a lot of noise / bugs / heat. I wouldn’t recommend staying here...

"Fantastic location! All the staff was so friendly at all times. Plus they offer various options for transport around. And really nothing beats walking right to the chair lift."

"The pictures did not match our stay at all. There was such an awful smell in our room of weed and chemicals that my husband and I checked out right after checking in to move hotels. There was hair in the bed and the toilet, overall everything was gross and it was clear this was normal for the staff because they weren’t surprised or concerned by our early check out at all."

"The property was fantastic. We were all pleasantly surprised by the rooms and balconies. I had seen several mixed reviews before booking, but honestly we really enjoyed the spacious layout and overall atmosphere. It is an old hotel. But hotel more than makes up for it with its rich history, charm, and outstanding central location. We will definitely be back."

"Was great location. Nice property but staff was not helpful and there's no ramp to level one from lobby rooms so you can use the dolly to haul your stuff. Staff was not helpful with questions and appeared bothered we were even there."

"My only regret with booking this room was the construction right outside our door. Paying what I paid I’d expect some updates and allow me to decide if I ld like to continue my reservation. The river view was nice, just too bad I couldn’t enjoy it. Having workers outside from the early morning until 6pm made the trip average. 25th Wedding Anniversary hit a snag, and also offering Mountain Standard as a great choice for dinner; laughable seeing I again had to hear construction throughout my meal....
