arrivata dopo una strada ghiaiata e sconnessa ma ne è valsa la pena. immersa nel verde delle colline qui il profumo di tartufo è sicuramente la prima cosa che salta al naso. accoglienza ottima camera con letti di una volta e materassi abbastanza comodi anche se preferirei trovare materassi senza parti metalliche. la cucina buona la colazione solo dolce poco assortita. nel complesso buono

Rustico in tutti i sensi

Il casale è bello e ben ristrutturato, e l'ambiente è rustico ed immerso nel verde, con un bellissimo panorama. L'atmosfera di campagna è ben rappresentata, anche troppo, sia negli arredi che in molte attrezzature. Alcuni aspetti andrebbero sicuramente migliorati, ma se desiderate un weekend di relax in campagna il posto può rispondere abbastanza bene alle vostre esigenze. Il gusto del vintage è molto presente, soprattutto in alcuni accessori (televisore, niente aria condizionata, bagno un po' datato) e la strada per giungere alla struttura è terribile, e andrebbe certamente messa posto, luci comprese. E purtroppo un cartello nella stanza avvisa di troppe prescrizioni, non cambiano la biancheria prima del terzo giorno se non con un sovrapprezzo, e se si desidera la colazione salata anziché dolce c'è un costo aggiuntivo (!). Credo che alcune richieste siano oggettivamente eccessive, soprattutto per il prezzo non bassissimo del soggiorno che dovrebbe già di suo comprendere le normali offerte di un B&B. LG

Authentic!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is gorgeous, perched on a hillside with expansive views of the Marche countryside. Understand that it's not the Ritz-Carlton, rather, it's an old, totally authentic-feeling stay in the rustic Italian countryside. Our little suite was cozy, warming up (this was February) just enough to be comfortable, while the air was cool and crisp to the point we slept very soundly. On that note, by Italian standards, our bed was definitely on the better end, very soft. The water was hot. No wifi in the room that we could discern, and a small TV, but let's be honest, if you're at this place and stuck on those things, you're missing the point. Very good on-site restaurant featuring the best, fresh local cuisine. The breakfast pastries were great, while the breakfast spread is limited (again, understand that we're talking about a country where small breakfasts are the norm). The property is just so charming, with antique furnishings, tools and art scattered throughout. Also very convenient to UNESCO World Heritage-city Urbino, less than a five-minute drive. If you're looking to get out into real, rural Italy, this is the place. We would absolutely return.

soggiorno breve ma gradevole. unica nota stonata l'accesso alla struttura è preceduto da uno sterrato in ghiaia di circa 600/700 metri ripido e poco agevole per i bikers. per il resto la struttura è bella e confortevole. il personale educato e a attento alle esigenze dei clienti. il posto incantevole e tranquillo con uno splendido panorama sulle colline marchigiane e Urbino

Staff was friendly, meals were great, room was clean and the view was wonderful. It feels somewhat remote, and you have to drive to get from the hotel to the city, but for a relaxing getaway, this place was perfect!

beautiful location excellent views but small cramped room, poor breakfast (just a few breads and coffee) and baths are very basic - considering the room rate, not an excellent value...but what an excellent (albeit) slightly remote location to explore Urbino
