"Super place, we stayed 3 nights, we had a beautiful room with a terrace. Very practical emplacement with metro and bus stop at 100m. Room spacious, clean, nice decoration. We'll come back for our next stay in London!"

"I gave communication an average score because I was very disappointed that a week prior to check-in they sent me an email to say they were bumping us from our 1 bedroom apartment to a studio because of overbooking. I had booked it 8 months prior. After communications, we got our 1 bedroom apartment. It was disaapointing to have to have those communications. "Rooms are big and clean. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Friendly and helpful staff. Mae helped us check-in. We did not request ahead of time for connecting rooms. However, she was willing to look in the system and got us connecting rooms! It made our stay so much more pleasant and convenient. Thank you so much Mae! Will definitely recommend Nhow to others and stay again."
