"So so bad. I don’t know what the photos are of on the listing but the room does not match. It was terrible - holes in walls, in roof, stains everywhere, grease/mould in the bathroom and on light switches, shower scum on floors, exposed wiring, broken door handles, broken room door lock, they even had sheets covering the lobby furniture (I assume because of stains- I didn’t want to touch it). After 6pm all the lights in the halls and lobby were also off except for emergency lighting so it gave a creepy vibe. The only positive things I can say is that the night check in staff was lovely and the linens were passable. Absolutely awful, how this hotel passed inspection I will never know"

"Good location with St Kilda road tramline out the front door of building, Albert park a few minutes walk away, Prahran train station & Chapel Street precinct 10-15 minutes walk. Apartment itself has pretty much everything you need for vacation with fridge, stovetop, kettle, coffee machine etc, bed was comfortable too, only downside was that tissue box wasn’t in room."

"My service was woeful they gave me my room excess early only to find beds not cleaned then got offered another room then they lost food items in first room then the air/con wasn’t working only to be controlled by reception and to top it off locked out of room while trying to pack car then the access card wouldn’t work and the excuse was the door battery was flat"

"Room was clean and tidy just the bathroom sink was cracked apart from that was a great stay .safe parking for $20 per night"
