"Staff was curtious and attentive and made sure our of needs were met. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel location was very convenient, pently of shopping and dinning options near by and a short drive to downtown area."

"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The room had a strong smell of urine and dampness/moisture when we arrived, which made it feel unclean and uncomfortable. The location was convenient, but the odor really affected our experience. I hope the hotel addresses this issue for future guests."

"Love love love the breakfast buffet and evening kickback small plates, had no idea they did that and it was a nice surprise. Enough for a small dinner! Also adults received 3 free drinks a night and they have a standard sized soda dispenser! I do feel they should extend hot tub hours, open it around 7am and close at 11:30-midnight as many who stay here are doing sports events or hitting up Kings Island. Was disappointed we couldn’t use the hot tub after a long park day since it was open same as...
