"Well I'm not sure about all the other so-called subpar reviews on here but I've stayed at many a place over the years and I certainly would ranked this very nice. We had a maintenance issue which really turned out to be not true issue at all, it's more like how the plumbing is arranged for the hot water stands for cold and cold as hot but the maintenance man came right up check it without any problem. "Upon arrival the elevators were not working. We had to carry luggage up 6 flights to our room. When we returned from dinner around 9 pm the elevators were still not working. The next day we were already ready for bed around 8:30 when the fire alarm caused the entire building to evacuate. I was not offered any accommodation for these interruptions to adequate service. I will not be willing to trust Hyatt hotels again."

"This place was a total sleaze bag motel! It’s right off the freeway looks run down and the parking lot was empty except for the two women sitting in a black car with blacked out windows. "Arrived for check in late. Walked in to a quiet hotel. Great elevator and clean quiet room. Comfy bed. And a nice big television to watch. Will definitely stay again soon."
