"Beautiful facility. Stayed overnight while traveling through. No intention of gambling, but really needed to have dinner. There was a line to get into the cafe but lots of empty tables. Tried room service several times but they wouldn’t even pick up the phone. None of the staff I spoke to knew of a problem or had a helpful solution. "The breakfast was amazing. The staff were helpful and attentive. The pool was closed so that was a big disappointment. The outdoor upkeep was lacking but that’s not a big deal to me. Our main issue was that there was no room service at all unless you asked for it in advance but we were never told we needed to ask.
