"The room was really lovely with the nicest shower we have ever used. The hotel is a short walk from pretty much everything you would want to see in Quebec city but far enough away to be quiet and not full of tourists. We had no problem securing parking slightly up and across the street in a parking garage. We highly recommend the Musette_cc just down from the hotel for a delicious breakfast or lunch. We will stay here the next time we come to Quebec City. The room was beautiful and spotless."
"This auberge is reallynice, clean and big rooms but almost requires more details as it’s very quirky as it has 3 separate common areas. Finding them all was interesting and definitely I had my favourite. The staff were really accommodating however they were rarely there but always available via phone."

The lobby had nothing- everything was out of service. You couldn't get a coffee, a drink or play a board game at the end of the day.
The staff during check-in was great. The next day I came to as for guidance for sight seeing recommendations and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude.
