"The staff was amazing! The first night we got in very late and stayed in a lovely room but it was on a lower floor. I asked if we could get a room on a higher floor and they upgraded us to a beautiful 2 bedroom suite on the 26th floor. It was incredible and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. The whole time the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. We loved it!"

"The Jewel is a Must Stay location in NYC. It is close to all the locations that we planned for, and I was able to get the Terrace Room I requested for a view of Radio City Music Hall. All the staff was very friendly and Derick made sure all our needs were taken care of. Our room(1110) was excellent and we will definately be returning to The Jewel."
