Run by a family, the father was very helpful with airport pick ups and providing support around getting food, transportation, and other questions. It was a nice property but my only complaint is that they were doing renovations while I was there and the walls are quite thin so you were able to hear a lot of drilling and hammering, which got in the way of enjoying the peace and quiet beauty of the area. "I would not recommend this place. Receptionist met us when we arrived. Told us there was staffing issues at their hotel in Blef. Gave us the code to the front doorand a number to call for emergencies. We went to dinner, came back at 930pm. There was not lights on inside or outside the hotel. We had the only car in the parking lot. We made our way up to the front door and had to find out where the light switches were. We fell on the steps . DEFINITELY A SAFETY ISSUE.
