"Rooms simple, but clean and comfy beds. Location is fantastic and the breakfast very good. Hotel has a rather clinical / industrial feel throughout. Swimming pool on the top floor is good, however I would avoid the park spa (I am not sure the masseuse are formally trained). I understand the Thai massage on the ground floor is a better choice. Overall, 4 star is about right. 5 stars for location and breakfast, 4 for the rooms and 2 for the spa experience "

"Our room was spacious and clean. The safe didn’t work and they had no fridge in the room (so we had to store medications with the staff, which we didn’t feel great about). We do not try the breakfast, as there are so many spots nearby. The location was amazing and super convenient - right in the heart of the old town. "Flawless experience from start to finish. Staff are amazing and super accomodating to any requests. The view is to die for if you have a lake-side room! Didn’t manage to use the pool or sauna, but I am sure they are amazing.
