"We booked a room with two beds due to the people in our traveling party. When we arrived at the building, they only had a room with one bed, which was not feasible. The facility was not a hotel. It was more like a shelter for people in transition. On our way up to the room, we encountered people on scooters entering an exiting the elevator on two different occasions. Once we inspected the room, it was not clean or comfortable, and there was no chance we were staying in that facility. They could not give us a print out receipt when we arrived or when we left. We did not stay there. They would not refund us anything even though we had booked two beds and they could only produce one. Do not book at this facility!"
