"Our room was clean, but what stands out is your staff. They were extremely helpful and kind. my husband was under a lot of stress while I was hospitalized. He had forgot some items in the room he stayed at. The cleaning staff brought the items to the front desk, who in turned call him so he was able to retrieve my favorite pair of boots. Should we have the need to return to Rochester we will plan on staying at Aspen Suites."

"I have been staying at motels going to and coming home from Idaho Springs CO. This room in at Hampton Inn is something that I would look for when traveling to other places. Room was warm enough without me messing with controls. I actually was able to use the controller to find something on the TV that I was interested in. No sound from other rooms. I sat on the bed and crocheted while the TV was on.went to bed. Slept until I hear the alarm clock sounded. Felt save in the bathroom. The gentleman...

"My spouse is disabled with a recent amputation of the right foot. He said the disability shower and accessibility was the "best he has ever seen" in any of the hotels we have visited. Staff were friendly and the room was spotless, decorated with towels that were molded into animal shapes like you find on cruises! It was TRULY excellent!"
