"Tha staffs were very helpful and kind."

"Good"

"房間訂比個女結婚用 成間酒店啱啱翻新 好正 最意想不到嘅 係由大堂到房間所有員工服務都冇得頂 呢樣真係好值得讚 如果我有朋友嚟香港 一定推薦佢哋訂文華東方酒店"

"Newly created family rooms are relevant & superb and of a good size by HK standards. Ofcourse prices are very high but if you dont mind paying for your family's comfort then this is it. They even have a very-thoughful family lounge which is a nice touch. My kids went there for their bedtime milk and light snacks. Staffs were attentive and 5star service throughout. "

"My experience with the hotel’s management was disappointing. The lobby manager made me feel unwelcome, even as a returning customer. Both the lobby manager and the manager in a more senior position seemed more interested in telling guests they could leave and receive a refund than in listening to their concerns or trying to resolve the situation. Their attitude made me feel that customer satisfaction was not a priority. Also, the previous manager provided a much better experience, but...

"Decent Breakfast buffet for the price as most surrounding restaurants would charge $12 to $18 for this type of food and service. NICE view from high floors. AVOID the low floors if you are sensitive to outdoor freeway noise or book the cheapest side rooms. Better to pay more around $30 to $50 nightly for the larger rooms"

"Even though this a relatively small boutique hotel the reception staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was large, clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent and although we were in a busy location the room was still quiet and felt like a haven away from the bustle. We would definitely stay there again."

"室内に入った時に匂いが良くない。 汗臭い匂いがしました！"

"Great hotel and would return. We just coincided with an advertised hotel renovation but minimal disruption."

"To much for to little..It was clean but not what I was expecting"

"The room smelled awful. I asked for another one and that one smelled too. The place deathly needs a facelift. It’s old and tired and definitely a disappointment. The breakfast was very mediocre."
