Union Springs hotels from RM242

"Arrived to the hotel being under construction, and not disclosed on any website, only a sign on the door. Hallways had huge trash cans sitting in them, were not carpeted and had temporary plywood down and exposed drywall creating a lot of drywall dust. The room appeared clean but had a dirty washcloth hanging over shower bar and an opened dirty cup at the coffee station, soap was opened. We could not enjoy the makeshift breakfast area because of all the drywall dust flying around. The construction workers had started working before 9am using hammers and electric tools. Overall it was a really bad situation and experience Had I known the hotel was under construction, I would have stayed at a different hotel. Respectfully, I should be refunded "

"Room Cleanliness-Bed 1 was missing a fitted sheet and just had 2 flat sheets. Bed 2 appeared to have been sat on prior to our arrival and my daughter found some type of food left in bed when she lifted the blanket and sheet. Location- Great proximity to Auburn University and restaurants. Outdoor pool and gym were not used due to weather and timeframe allotted for trip."

"Pool was not open yet , temperature in room was great k The staff was fabulous,friendly and very helpful ! Our room was spotless as well. Breakfast was wonderful "

"The shower head and was fantastic which makes a difference from mediocre to very good. The TVs were large and thermostat on the wall which is an upgrade to other hotels the same price. "
