When I tried to check in I was told I would have to wait because the rooms were not ready. The clerk seemed overwhelmed and was short with most guests approaching the desk. The clerk told others after me she wasn’t supposed to be there and really didn’t know when we would be able to check in. I waited about an 45 minutes after check in time to get a room. My room was clean and quiet. I would recommend this hotel even though it was not an ideal check in.
