"This motel is basically a crack house with room numbers. It's at the end of a Dead End side street. You can't go in the lobby to check in (in the middle of the day), you have to check in through a bullet-proof glass window that doesn't even have vent holes to hear the (indifferent & unhelpful) desk clerk. The rooms have no fridge & no microwave. There are seedy guests loitering around outside yelling at each other, who all seem to know each other because it appears they live there. Trash was...

"Extremely Disappointing Stay – Management Needs to Address These Issues My experience at the Super 8 in Dandridge, TN, was extremely disappointing. The hotel had no elevator, the showers were dirty, and the smell of marijuana was overwhelming throughout the hallways and inside the rooms. The beds were uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a decent night's sleep. To make matters worse, using the microwave caused the power in the room to short out, which is a serious concern that needs...

"This was a 2 night stay, and when we arrived the entrance was unkept. We requested 2 rooms next to each other and on the first floor, no smoking. We were told the rooms were non smoking, but when we opened the door it was clear they were not! The front desk receptionist tried to help us by brining a room spray, we requested more towels, and were asked if we had more than 2 people staying with us. Mildew in the bathroom, carpet so dirty we work socks. Guest sit outside of their rooms in a...
