"Place was awesome-very old Florida vibe. Fantastic location and very tidy. Would have loved a fan option. The only reason 3 stars is our neighbors were obnoxiously drunk, so only a few hours of sleep. Had we not shared a common area, would have probably been fine. Will try staying again b/c place was super cozy-just bad neighbors."

From the thoughtful additions of things like robes, slippers, room spray, a room of treats for the kids on every level, front beach access, beautiful pools and firepit areas, to the welcoming staff that felt like family by night 2... we will be back again and again! "Great location, nice property. Close to Rosemary and Alys beach. Great looks, private beach. The only negative is that I reached out to the property several times prior to the trip with no response and it is a cashless property. The waitress did not tell us that and took 100 cash which included pur meal and tip . She thought 100 was her tip. The bartender informed us cashless and helped us get the money back. Other than that the pls e was beautiful ! Lots of hiking trails nearby also!"

"The hotel and property was nice and clean. I did not ask for a handicap room but was given one. The lady that checked me in was very nice. I arrived early and they allowed me to use the pool as I waited for a room to become avaliable."

"Very OK hotel. We have stayed at the Fairmont across Canada and other really nice boutique hotels but The Pearl is average in comparison. No gym at this venue. Pool is smaller than those found at people’s homes. The room was very comfortable though. Shower is nice bug that’s about it. For what they charge, you are really getting a very average stay. "

"My stay was wonderful. Everything was excellent from the moment I arrived. Katherine at the front desk was incredibly kind and welcoming. She was very warm and genuine in her approach, and she truly made me feel at home. The room was excellent, very comfortable, and had a beautiful view of both the pool and the ocean. It made the stay even more special. The only thing I wish the hotel had is a restaurant on site. However, the good thing is that there is a great variety of restaurants nearby,...

"Overall, the stay was pleasant, but there were a couple of areas that could be improved. The room could have been cleaned more thoroughly, and the water pressure in the shower was quite low. With a bit more attention to housekeeping and maintenance, the experience would be even better."
