"Checkin process needs improvement, the mailbox was ‘empty’ when we arrived (20mins after checkin time). Had to wait another 30mins for the cleaner to bring us the keys. GF rooms have 2 AC’s that are linked to 1 compressor - they cutout in the middle of night causing as an issue as the room was too hot for the baby. Repair guy came quickly the next day and fixed it , but he told us it ‘happens all the time’, so not sure why they don’t just fix the issue properly. Presume it’s an overload as the...

The air conditioner is Mitsubishi, the microwave is Sharp, and there’s even a water filtration system that provides hot drinking water. Outside, there’s a Midea washing machine. "Very confusing to find the check-in counter, zero convenience at all. Staff knowledge is poor and not able to guide guests properly. At night the room was extremely noisy — you can hear everything from door to door. Breakfast was charged RM35 but the food quality was terrible and definitely not worth it."

"Stayed in 1 bedroom suite with 100sqm. It's rundown and should not be call as a suit. Nothing is to shout about except the bathtub. Aircond is very noisy and the bedroom smell urine. The suite is rundown and the hotel is located above an abandon mall. Not worth the price and you can get much better hotel in Melaka with cheaper price. "
