Dear Guest,We do understand that you had a hot water problem last 6 hours of your stay.Thats because of main cut off at Akyaka electric lines and high voltage has destroyed all system.However it has been soled in 6 hours but you have acted that it had long for during your stay.Our team done everything to satisfy you, we don't think that this feedback is based on real issues.We hope you a good day.

15 minute walk to the center of Akyaka and no ptoblem parking at the hotel. Swimming pool was appreciated as was a small cafe on site for breakfast.

This is a brand-new sparking clean high-quality apartment at a very, very reasonable price. Everything is in there and everything is well done and well thought of. The service was excellent and the stuff was very friendly. The town is beautiful and nice, lots of dining options and nice Beach. Highly, highly recommended

A place for wonderful holiday!
New complex, located on a hill overlooking Gulf of Gokova, overlooking Akyaka and the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean sea! The apartment was very nice and comfortable with two bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and two balconies, one of them with great views of the sea! The manager and staff were very attentive, polite and friendly! Convenient parking in front of the complex. The Alp Suites Pinehill is a place for wonderful holiday and where we would like to come back with pleasure!

Nice hotel, with friendly staff. The suites are pretty big ( 2 or 3 floors); very practical when travelling with young children and friends. You definitely need a car to get around. Rooms are cleaned every other day.

Really comfortable accommodation, very generous double bed, although not much room to move around in the room. Cooking ring struggled to cook omlette. Would be good if there was a communal washing machine as we pack light and beach towels needed a rinse.

Beklediğimizin kat kat üstünde bir yerle karşılaştık. Her şey dört dörtlüktü. Kesinlikle tekrar gitmek isteriz. The property was wonderful. It exceeded our expectations. I would stay there again on a heartbeat. I regret we only stayed there one night. It would be great for a long stay as well

Otel güzel ve tertemiz. Geçen sene de burada konakladık ailemle. 4 kişilik bir ailenin kolayca konaklayacağı bir apart ev. amacınız denize ve nehre yürümekse imkansız, kuzeyde sakin bi lokasyonda. Geçen seneye göre ev biraz daha bakımsızdı maalesef

Wir hatten das Tiny House, welches auf einem Bereich hinter dem Haupthotel liegt, gebucht. Positiv: Das Tiny House ist schön eingerichtet. Der Ausblick und die Terrasse sind wirklich sehr schön. Wir hatten öfter Besuch von kleinen Schildkröten. Negativ: Leider waren wir trotz der positiven Punkte nicht zufrieden. Der Bereich auf dem das Tiny House stand, scheint noch nicht ganz fertig zu sein. Die Terrasse steht komplett frei und der weg dahin ist sehr steinig. Da es keinerlei Abgrenzung gab, hatten wir unsere Bedenken nachts die Terrassentür geöffnet zu lassen, da theoretisch jeder reinkommen kann. Das Badezimmer ist sehr dunkel, weil die Lampen sehr ungünstig platziert sind. Der Punkt der uns am meisten gestört hat, war jedoch der Service/Kommunikation und die wenig vorhandene Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Lächeln müssen dort alle noch üben. Selbst als ich den Rezeptionisten mit Guten Morgen begrüßt habe, kam nichts zurück. Die Leute schienen ihren Job nicht gerne zu machen. Das Zimmer wurde nicht einmal gereinigt. Bei der unzureichenden Kommunikation hatte ich auch keine Lust mehr zu fragen. Der Internet Empfang war sehr schlecht. Neben dem Tiny House hat ein kleines Lokal eröffnet in dem wir einen Frühstücksteller und ein Toast bestellt hatten. Nach dem ich bestellt hatte, kamen weitere Gäste, sodass 3 Tische belegt waren. Diese Kunden wurden einfach vorgezogen und wir haben 45 min darauf gewartet, dass ein paar Gurken und Käse auf nen Teller gelegt werden.

Ziyaretimiz şubat ayında oldu. Aile olarak konakladık. Dubleks daire akıllıca planlanmış, oda ve eşya yerleşimi çok güzeldi. Kullanılan herşey son derece kaliteli ve yeterliydi. Tüm ihtiyaçlar düşünülmüş. Fazlasıyla memnun kaldık. Personel sın derece ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Tekrar herşey için çok teşekkür ederiz.
