"Virtually every employee of the hotel did their jobs very well. The men and ladies at the check in/reservation area were outstanding and more than helpful. I have already forgotten a few of their names but to a person, if I was a hotel manager, I would personally seek out these people and hire them! That is how highly I think of their qualities!"

"This is an excellent and convenient hotel in Lwow. The rooms were clean, staff were helpful, and breakfast was very nice. All places of interest are within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again."
