Where do I start! This hotel is excellent in every way from the welcome upon check in, the room appointments, the housekeeping staff and the restaurant! Very few hotels do it right and fewer still serve excellence but here I found one that does! I cannot say enough about how well things are done here! Even the in house bomb shelter is deluxe and fortunately was not used!

I enjoyed my stay a lot and will definitely return next time I’m in Lviv. There’re several moments that can be improved but they are minor: - cold water in the shower in the morning - breakfast starts at 7:30am but the staff is not ready with the setup at this time. It’s ok if you’re not in hurry. I was so it was a bit annoyed when I was finishing my meal with fruits but the staff added steamed veggies that I would have definitely had as a meal instead of cold appetizers I had had before Other than that I really had a good stay.
