"The consistency of room service standard was not there. One day my room was cleaned well, i had 4 bottles of water i had 4 biscuits for each of us staying in the room. The next day i had no bottles of water, no biscuits, the two extra beds were not made. I was very disappointed upon entering our room after a long day out. "

"The breakfast was wonderful - but the room was not great - it was right next to an alley where people were drinking/smoking into the night; so pretty noisy (no double-glazing). There was no shampoo and the mirror light kept going on and off! The hotel is undergoing renovations which might be the problem. Wouldn’t recommend for now, despite much appreciating the breakfast. "

"Staff were incredible and helpful for all our requests including local landmarks, the room was very clean. My only feedback would be there there seemed to be a certain ventilator fan hum throughout the night ; we got used to that but the establishment might want to check that - Thanks for a lovely stay!"

"The hotel room was clean & tidy, the lady on reception was very polite and helpful and even advised about the local amenities. I had a great nights sleep and have no complaints about the inside of the hotel at all. The only downside and is my biggest bug bear is the Free on site car park is an absolute nightmare. My VW Tiguan wouldn’t even fit down the passage, there was physically not enough space to drive down. I would recommend being honest on your advertisements and advising your car isn’t...

"Das Hotel liegt mitten im Grünen und bei der Anfahrt über das Grundstück freut man sich schon auf die typisch britische, alte Hausanlage. Im Inneren des Hotels geht der äußere Flair leider etwas verloren, eher so 80er Jahre Style. Wir hatten jeder die preiswerteste Zimmer Kategorie gewählt, gute Matratzen, das Fenster ließ sich öffnen und super war auch das warme und sehr saubere Bad. "
